Senior Osteopath Partner
We are looking for a full-time osteopath to join as a senior partner in our multidisciplinary, remedial MSK clinic.
About us:
Founded in 2013, we are the leading clinic in the Islington area (2 minutes from Angel station), offering a mix of client-centric remedial treatments in massage, osteopathy, physiotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, sports therapy, post-surgery care and other musculoskeletal therapies. We also offer in-office chair massage services and DSE assessments. We take a very collaborative approach, with a mixed team of loyal therapists from complementary disciplines. We are very proud of our 4.9* rating across all media. We now need to offer osteopathy available on a full time basis, and to build out our management capabilities as we continue to grow.
About the Role:
This is a full-time role at a senior level, working directly with the Clinic Head. In addition to providing treatments, you will train and oversee the junior therapists and take an active role developing and implementing strategy for future growth. This involves developing partnership with surgeons, insurance companies, clubs and local firms. You will enjoy building the business almost as much as delivering the treatments themselves! As the most senior manager, you will receive market-leading compensation and have a significant ownership stake in the company.
About you:
You will be UK registered, with a minimum of 6 years’ clinical experience as a practising osteopath, treating the full range of MSK injuries. You will be multi-skilled, comfortable with a holistic approach and have your own ideas on how to continually improve the quality of treatment. You have a significant and loyal client base in north/central London that you wish to grow even further. You thrive on continual learning. You have an attention to detail, and a basic knowledge and affinity for marketing and business development. You are a natural leader with superb client retention. We are looking for someone with a long-term vision and ambition to build and grow the practice, possibly even to take it over in the fullness of time.
