Clinic Education Coordinator (Borehamwood)
3 days per week
Pay scale: £160 – 180 per day, plus London weighting allowance.
An osteopathic practitioner with clinical education expertise is sought by the College of Osteopaths to coordinate and lead on the clinical aspects of the College’s degree programmes in London. The College offers an Integrated Masters and a Bachelors degree in osteopathy.
Experience of working with a broad spectrum of learners is essential, as is the ability to ‘think outside of the box’ to develop strategies to meet the quality and standards for this professional part-time programme, delivered and validated by Staffordshire University.
For the right candidate, there is the additional opportunity for the post-holder to provide input into the weekend teaching programme.
This position would suit a healthcare professional with a recognised teaching or clinical teaching qualification, or someone with the equivalent experience.
As well as excellent interpersonal skills and a well organised approach, you will need a successful track record in a similar role where you have advised and supported colleagues or students.
The employer, the College of Osteopaths, is a small independent charity. Within a lean infrastructure we offer a very friendly and supportive ethos, considerable flexibility for staff, and the opportunity to develop your skills and show initiative.
