The Osteopathic Teaching Clinic in Hartshill, Stoke-on-Trent, is run as part of the BSc (Hons) Osteopathy Programme at Keele University. This Programme currently offers the only opportunity in the northern half of the country for people to train part-time to become osteopaths.

Appointments

The clinic is currently open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with evening appointments available. There are specialist sessions for sports injuries, babies and children, and orthotics and gait analysis.
People of all ages are welcome to attend the Clinic, including children under 16 (with parents present). There is good access and facilities for wheelchair users.
Parking is free for patients, and there is usually plenty of space in the forecourt of the main building, the North Staffordshire Medical Institute.

Patients are treated by senior students under the supervision of registered and experienced osteopaths.
Osteopathic treatment consists of a wide range of hands-on approaches, which are tailored to individual patients' needs.
