Programme Information

Applicants, who are required to successfully complete the Foundation Course for entry on to the BSc (Hons) Osteopathy programme, are given priority on the course. Students who fall into this category include:

  • applicants who have not studied science-based subjects beyond compulsory participation at school, but have the appropriate study skills
  • applicants who would benefit from a science refresher course prior to starting the degree
  • applicants who have not studied at Higher Education Levels, and would benefit from practising the study skills essential for success on the degree, through relevant subject and topic based activities.

Students are selected and recommended to attend the course only after an initial interview. If you have fulfilled all other selection criteria, success on the Foundation Course guarantees progression on to the BSc (Hons) Osteopathy at The College of Osteopaths.
